You don’t have to be a speed demon to enjoy the 5k & All-Abilities Walk. \n\n\n\nTurn out to walk or run in the 5k\, or simply cheer on our participants.  \n\n\n\nThis day is a celebration – we’d love for you to join us.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n5k Run/Walk:\n\n\n\nThe 5k is open to runners and walkers of all ages.  \n\n\n\nIt begins at 9:00 a.m. on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton.  \n\n\n\nThis is an out-and-back course that takes you along the paved Lackawanna Heritage Trail before ending back on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium.  \n\n\n\nThe course is stroller and wheelchair-friendly. \n\n\n\nAll-Abilities Walk:\n\n\n\nIt’s a celebration! \n\n\n\nPlease join us in cheering on our patients and residents as they mark milestones in their recovery or rehab.  \n\n\n\nThe All-Abilities Walk will take place at approximately 10:00 a.m. following the 5k and awards ceremony.  \n\n\n\nIt is completely free\, open to all ages and abilities\, and no registration is required.  \n\n\n\nFor more information contact Charlotte Wright at 570-348-1275 or cwrigh@allied-services.org.
