You don’t have to be a speed demon to enjoy the 5k & All-Abilities Walk.Turn out to walk or run in the 5k\, or simply cheer on our participants. This day is a celebration –we’d love you to join us. Here’s what you need to know. \n\n\n\n5K Run/WalkThe 5k is open to runners and walkers of all ages. It begins at 9:00 a.m. on the track at VeteransMemorial Stadium in Scranton. This is an out-and-back course that takes you along the pavedLackawanna Heritage Trail before ending back on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium. Thecourse is stroller and wheelchair-friendly. \n\n\n\nAll-Abilities Walk \n\n\n\nIt’s a celebration! Please join us in cheering on our patients and residents as they markmilestones in their recovery or rehab. The All-Abilities Walk will take place at approximately10:00 a.m. following the 5k and awards ceremony. It is completely free\, open to all ages andabilities\, and no registration is required.
