On the map, roads owned by PennDOT are marked in red; all remaining streets are owned and maintained by the City of Scranton. If you would like to report an issue regarding a City-owned street, please call our Department of Public Works. Inquiries regarding streets and roadways owned by PennDOT should be directed to PennDOT directly.
