5K & All Abilities Walk

Team Allied Services is ready to celebrate with their 5k & All-Abilities Walk.

Run, Walk or Cheer! You don’t have to be a speed demon to enjoy the 5k & All-Abilities Walk.
Turn out to walk or run in the 5k, or simply cheer on our participants. This day is a celebration – we’d love you to join us. Here’s what you need to know.

5K Run/Walk:  The 5k is open to runners and walkers of all ages. It begins at 9:00 a.m. on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton. This is an out-and-back course that takes you along the paved Lackawanna Heritage Trail before ending back on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium. The
course is stroller and wheelchair friendly.

All-Abilities Walk:  It’s a celebration! Please join us in cheering on our patients and residents as they mark milestones in their recovery or rehab. The All-Abilities Walk will take place at approximately 10:00 a.m. following the 5k and awards ceremony. It is completely free, open to all ages and
 abilities, and no registration is required.
