A free-admission street-event festival featuring live music with over 100,000 visitors. The objective is to preserve the Italian American culture with displays and cultural activities including food and craft vendors, heritage displays, opera singers, classic Italian American groups, Italian ethnic folk dancers and acts for all ages.
The Southside Farmers Market is a year-round farmers market located in South Scranton that hosts up to 20 local farms and small business vendors. From May-October we are going to be located at and around the Cedar Center (526 Cedar).
30th Annual Lebanese food festival on September 14th, 2025, with authentic Lebanese cuisine and pastry. We will have outdoor seating available from 12pm until 7pm and take out options.
Scranton’s Good Things Are Happening Fest is the culmination of what makes this city great – a day of music, art, food, drink, and vendors, held at the Scranton Iron Furnaces.
Race proceeds will benefit the Geisinger Marworth Therapeutic Activities Fund. This fund helps provide therapeutic recreation programs and facilities to help our patients experience healthy leisure and gain sober social skills that will aid them in their ongoing recovery post discharge from treatment

Paint the Planet Pink's mission is to bring the community together to support a cure for all cancers through research and clinical trials. This will be our 12th year fundraising and our 2nd year in Scranton hosting our 5K Race and Gentlemen's Dash. To date, we have donated over a million dollars to cancer research.
This is the 3rd Annual West Scranton Fall Festival hosted by NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania (NWNEPA). This event is a free activity for residents living in West Scranton and throughout the Scranton area.
