Historical Architectural Review Board

The Historical Architectural Review Board of the City of Scranton has scheduled a regular meeting regarding the Certificate of Appropriateness for the following buildings located at:

1. 203-207 N. Washington Ave.- Dustin Lavigne- Painting;
2. 315 -331 Franklin Ave.- Kevin McDonough, MacSigns- Signage;
3. 413-415 Biden St, 200 Wyoming Ave. – Emily Fischetti, HC Architects- Friendship House- Alteration, Restoration, Renovation;
4. 514-516-518 Lackawanna Ave.- Ken Ruby, HC Architects- Francis J. Dubas- Alteration, Restoration, Renovation.

The meeting will be held on February 9, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall, Second Floor and will be broadcasted via ECTV and YouTube. Public is welcome to attend, face masks are recommended.
