As part of the City of Scranton’s ongoing commitment to government transparency and accountability, the city’s single audit report for the year ending 2023 is available to download below.
“City government serves the public, which means we have a responsibility to display the utmost integrity, honesty and transparency,” Mayor Paige G. Cognetti said. “By posting audits online, we’re demonstrating that internal controls are in place, that we’re operating effectively, and that we’re safeguarding city and taxpayer assets.”
