NEPA Velo Time Trial
Lake Scranton RoadBike time trail taking place on July 27 with the first rider off at 11:00 AM taking in 10 miles along Elmhurst Blvd. over to Blue Shutters Road and then back towards the start on 307. Tentatively this is the State Champs for the time trial discipline.
