Whistleblower Hotline

The Whistleblower Hotline provides a secure avenue for city employees to report anonymous complaints. The hotline is a complementary tool to the Ethics Board, to which anyone may file a complaint. The hotline was created in a continuing effort to set a standard of best practices and ethical behavior in city government.

Lighthouse Services of Blue Bell operates the toll-free whistleblower hotline number.  In addition to the call in hotline, secure online access is available 24- hours a day, 365 days a year. Access to reports about complaints will be restricted and routed according to the type of complaint.
