The City of Scranton’s Bureau of Code Enforcement has moved to a new office at 338 N Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA. All in-person Code Enforcement services, including permit applications, licensing, and inspection questions, are now provided at this location, starting on Monday, October 27, 2026
Residents and contractors can also apply for permits online or learn more about the services code enforcement offers at ScrantonPA.gov/Code.
