Bike time trail taking place on July 27 with the first rider off at 11:00 AM taking in 10 miles along Elmhurst Blvd. over to Blue Shutters Road and then back towards the start on 307. Tentatively this is the State Champs for the time trial discipline.
Our event features a beautiful motorcycle ride through Northeastern Pennsylvania. After the ride we offer food, basket raffles, 50/50 tickets, and entertainment. This is our 9th Annual Ride. This event is to help celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Gino J. Merli Veterans' Center and the start of Veterans Day weekend. The sky will be lit up with a drone display celebrating all Veterans. This is the first display of drones of this magnitude in the City of Scranton.
This parade ushers in the holiday season to Downtown Scranton every year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The parade includes balloons, floats, bands and many walking units. This parade ends with the visit from Santa Claus.
