Scranton Board of Appeals

The Scranton Board of Appeals (SBA) hears appeals of condemnation, demolition and license refusal/suspension orders/decisions of Code Enforcement.

The SBA meets when Code Enforcement has three or more appeals – the meeting is advertised in the Times at least ten days before the meeting with the addresses/names of owners of the properties to be heard.

If such meeting is held, it is the third Thursday of the month at 6:00pm, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 340 N. Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503.
