Celebrating the Inauguration of Scranton’s Joe Biden and Oakland’s Kamala Harris

In advance of the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, Oakland artist Favianna Rodriquez teamed up with Scranton artist Ryan Hnat to create a Scranton-Oakland flag, representing the birthplaces of President Biden and Vice President Harris. The flag was raised simultaneously in both cities on January 19, 2021.
