Bureau of Information Technology (IT)

The Bureau of Information Technology (IT) serves as the central hub for the City’s administrative information support and network services. The department is comprised of Information Services, Internet Services, Graphic/Web Design, and Help Desk operators and oversees a broad range of technological responsibilities.

IT provides strategic leadership for city-wide information technology initiatives and manages technology budgets. Acting as a technical resource for other city departments, the Bureau places an emphasis on ethical computer usage and ensures the maintenance and troubleshooting of essential applications and systems.
