Proposals will be received by the Office of the Scranton City Controller, at the Municipal Building/City Hall, 340 N. Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503, until 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 21, 2023, at which time proposals will be opened in City Council Chambers, for the following:
LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE SEWER AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SCRANTON, PA – FOR REAL ESTATE MATTERS AND EASEMENT ACQUISITION
All proposals shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) which may be obtained from the Sewer Authority of the City of Scranton, PA, via E-mail request to its Solicitor, Jason A. Shrive, Esq., at jshrive@shrivelaw.com.
Six (6) hard copies of the proposals are to be submitted to The Sewer Authority of the City of Scranton, via U.S. Mail or In-Person hand-delivery to the Office of the Scranton City Controller, at the Municipal Building/City Hall, 340 N. Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA, 18503, and MUST be received in said office by no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
Sealed envelopes containing proposals will be received and identified by being marked “Proposal for Legal Services for the Sewer Authority of the City of Scranton, PA” so as to arrive by the date and time specified above. If you are hand-delivering the proposals, you must contact the Scranton City Controller’s Office, via phone, at 570.348.4125, to come down to accept the sealed proposals upon entering the Municipal Building/City Hall.
The paper copy will be the time-stamped official submission. All proposals MUST be accompanied by a Certificate of Insurance and signed Affirmative Action, Non-Segregated Facilities, Non-Collusion, and Disclosure forms.
