The City’s Code of Ethics requires the City Business Administrator to adjust the maximum campaign contribution amounts set forth in §6-23.3 on January 1, 2020, and every four years thereafter. The calculation of the adjustment must be completed on December 15th preceding the year the adjustment will take effect. Accordingly, the Code requires my Office to make an adjustment to the maximum campaign contribution amounts that will become effective on January 1, 2024.
The Code also requires my Office to provide you with written notice of the adjustments. Below are the adjusted maximum campaign contribution amounts that will become effective on January 1, 2024. Please contact my office if you have any questions.
