Grants
Within the Office of Community Development, the City’s grant writer plays a vital role in overseeing city grants. This oversight encompasses all city and community applications where the city acts as both the fiscal agent and applicant. This enhances the efficiency and success of the city’s grant applications by aligning them with the capital budget’s identified needs. As a result, funds are allocated more effectively for city projects, leading to improved project outcomes.
