MyCIL Appointment Request Form

The Mayor’s Office of Scranton in collaboration with the Albright Memorial Library are hosting My Center for Independent Living community support appointments on the second Wednesday of the month from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM to support individuals and families by providing help for people with disabilities to live independently.
