City of Scranton Announces Continuation of Pop-Up City Halls

SCRANTON, PA – Scranton Mayor Paige Cognetti announced today the continuation of Pop-Up City Halls, a quality-of-life initiative which began in 2020. The Pop-Up City Halls will take place in all parts of Scranton giving all Scranton residents an opportunity to learn more about City services in the ease of their own neighborhood.

Among the services the City will highlight: smoke detector installation (Fire Department), recycling bins and schedules (Department of Public Works), rent, utility and mortgage relief information (Office of Community Development), employee and lifeguard applications (Human Resources), and American Rescue Plan grant opportunities. Community partner participation will be announced as they are confirmed.
