OECD will be accepting public comments beginning on September 21, 2021, for a period of Thirty (30) days on a Substantial Amendment of the 2021 Action Plan that will include an additional $350,000.00 in Revolving Loan Funds (RLF) made available for the City of Scranton’s Business Loan to Grant Program.
This notice provides citizens an opportunity for a period of thirty (30) days to comment. All written comments must be received by the City of Scranton’s OECD no later than end of business day on Octoberv21, 2021.
Only after the public comment period is completed and legislation passed and signed by the Mayor, will OECD then submit the proposed Substantial Amendment for review by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD has forty-five (45) days to approve the Substantial Amendment.
